From the President
We are thrilled to share this morning that the Morsani College of Medicine has been named by U.S. News & World Report as the top-ranked medical schoolin Florida and in the highest tier of medical schools in the nation. The list released today includes USF as one of only 16 medical schools nationally and the only one in Florida to receive a Tier 1 ranking, the highest designation by U.S. News.
Over the many years I’ve been affiliated with USF, it has been remarkable to see our medical school’s rise to reach these milestones. To be recognized in this way is a result of the relentless pursuit of excellence by our physicians, faculty, staff and students.
We are also pleased to have many of our other graduate programs ranked among the nation’s best by U.S. News & World Report. The growing reputation of these programs indicates that USF provides an outstanding return on investment for our students and reflects our position as one of America’s leading research universities.
