Oracle HR "Project Drive" Implementation Team
On the morning of March 24, cheers erupted from the fifth floor of the Student Services Building as USF’s Project Drive team, consisting of over 200 HR and IT staff members, launched the new Oracle HR system. Taryn Williams, the change management lead, recruited, trained and led each area’s Change Ambassadors. She was ever-present, deploying the expertise and resources needed to address every challenge.

Launching an enterprise system for 16,000 employees required a leader with extensive technical expertise. Jenny Paulsen, senior associate VP and deputy chief information officer, served as the executive project director. She guided the team through the project’s complexities, creating an easy-to-use system with powerful capabilities. After a long journey of collaboration, Taryn, Jenny, and every member of the Project Drive team delivered a transformational solution for the USF community, earning them the title of USF’s Bold Bulls.

Resource Spotlight

Nine Dimensions of Wellness

“Wellness” is a commonly used word, but its importance can be easily overlooked. USF employees have access to the people, places and tools needed to complete every step of the wellness journey.

But Wait, There's More!

April 23 is Administrative Professionals Day

Skilled administrative personnel manage, motivate and anticipate, often in ever-changing environments with shifting priorities. They are found in every corner of the university, making every day, hour, minute and second count. On April 23, if not every day, don’t forget to thank the administrative professionals of USF who look out for everyone around them so the entire team can succeed. The university community is grateful for their contributions.
