Bridgette Willis, head of Organization Development with Central Human Resources, is a key leader in the university’s efforts to cultivate a high-performing, future-ready workforce. A proud alumna of USF’s St. Petersburg campus, she oversees the team that designs and delivers development programs like Leadership Foundations, Customer Service Excellence and the HR Academy.

Willis facilitates retreats and strategic conversations to help teams connect more deeply and collaborate more effectively. She brings a new perspective that helps develop teams, largely by helping them see how they possess the wisdom and answers they often seek.
